Hillary joined Dean Financial in October 2020 as our Payroll Administrator, bringing with her nine years of experience as a financial secretary in the Hickory school system. She helps keep our operations running smoothly and accurately, ensuring everything behind the scenes is handled with care.

Beyond her day-to-day role, Hillary has a gift for creating a welcoming environment. She’s the one who brings holiday cheer to the office by decorating and making sure the space feels warm and inviting.

Hillary and her husband, Justin, are proud parents of four daughters, and her dedication to both her family and her work reflects her thoughtful and hardworking nature.
